Since the launch in 2003 of the new Seiko Arctura
Kinetic Chronograph watch collection, it has become
an outstanding success all over the world, and the Kinetic
technology that is at the heart of all Seiko Arctura watches
is winning over more and more consumers, thanks to its practical
and ecological benefits. The Arctura Kinetic Chronograph caliber
is the flagship of the collection. As the ultimate synthesis
of Innovation & Refinement, it unites the very latest
Kinetic technology with the modern, adventurous styling of
Arctura.
For Spring 2004, Seiko adds a titanium version of the Kinetic
Chronograph to the 11 existing styles in the Arctura collection.
This new titanium style has distinctive red hands for the
chronograph dials and a dark grey overall dial which harmonises
with the matt and polished titanium case. Titanium is a perfect
metal for a sports chronograph. It is 40% lighter than steel
and, thanks to Seiko’s special ion coating, the surface
is scratch-resistant.
This new style is offered at an approximate recommended retail
price of € 850.
